- Support the Quality Control and Training Administrator with onboarding and ongoing staff training.
- Schedule trainings, meetings, and new hire sessions.
- Prepare, review, and organize training materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar.
- Assist with audits to ensure files and processes meet firm standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
- Provide front office and mail room support as needed.
