Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls to the appropriate team members (case managers, attorneys, or management).
- Handle incoming mail, including medical records and legal correspondence.
- Draft and prepare outgoing mail and client communications.
- Maintain front office organization and appearance.
- Support administrative staff with light clerical tasks as needed.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, confident voice.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Stable work history and professional references.
- Must pass a pre-employment screening.
