Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls to the appropriate team members (case managers, attorneys, or management).
  • Handle incoming mail, including medical records and legal correspondence.
  • Draft and prepare outgoing mail and client communications.
  • Maintain front office organization and appearance.
  • Support administrative staff with light clerical tasks as needed.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, confident and projecting voice.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Stable work history and professional references.
  • Must pass a pre-employment screening.
