Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience).
- Monthly Bonus Potential.
- Paid Time Off:
- 1 week after 6 months.
- 2 weeks after 1 year.
- 3 weeks after 2 years.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys.
- Draft, review, and organize Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
- Manage discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, and proposed orders under attorney supervision.
- Track and manage non-party production, requests for copies, and maintain non-party logs.
- Draft and review Civil Remedies Notices (CRNs).
- E-File documents on both state and federal levels.
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants.
- Collaborate with attorneys and fellow paralegals to drive cases forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Florida plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (Required)
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP)
- Proven experience preparing and attending trials.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, poised, and team-oriented.
- Demonstrated job stability and accountability.
- Must pass a pre-employment screening.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
