Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Serve as a contact for client questions, concerns and updates regarding any client inquiries
- De-escalate challenging situations & provide solutions aligned with firm policies
- Provide regular case status updates via phone, email, and text
- Manage high call volume while maintaining quality interactions
- Build trust and rapport with clients through empathy and active listening
- Conduct client satisfaction check-ins and follow-ups
- Collaborate with attorney, case managers and support staff to obtain updates
- Document accurately in the case management system
- Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems
- Provide front office and mail room support as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who is detail-oriented and follows direction well
- Case manager or law firm experience in Personal Injury
- A team player who takes pride in supporting others’ success
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-moving environment
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
- Must pass a pre-employment screening
- Bilingual a plus; not mandatory
